TeleNet was established in 2001. Previously named Arkindo Nusantara was established in 1994.
In 2007 TeleNet became a VSAT Service Provider Company attaining licence (Izin Penyelenggaraan Jaringan Tetap Tertutup or JARTUP) from the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Republic of Indonesia. TeleNet has grown bigger since then with approximately 100 employees at this moment.
